In Pakistan, there are many delivery services like Foodpanda,
Eatmubarak, Foodwalay, Delivery Bazar and many more but there we are talking
about Foodpanda delivery service. During the lockdown, they are more helpful to the
people who can't get out of their houses and those who have no one to buy food
from outside they can easily order their food from the food panda delivery
service.
Foodpanda Delivery Service:-
There are a lot of food delivery apps but the one I trust is
food panda as my personal experience it is very Good app it helps in a very
good way to their customers The most
popular of the delivery services is the Food panda delivery and it is easy to order any food from them. They
support their customers a lot. They help them in every way to prevent them from
any damage. if Any food would go bad. So
they give vouchers to their customers. It is easy to order food at any time
from them
How to use this app?
By using this app, we can get all kinds of delicious food,
ice cream, shakes, juices many more.
After installing this app, you have to create an account in
it & you can connect it with your Gmail account or with your any Facebook
account, after connecting the account then we can select any restaurant from
this app from which we want to order food And after selecting the restaurant,
we have to select the Food menu there like a burger, pizza or any other Pakistani
dishes or Italian dishes, vegetarian or non-vegetarian Foods and when we select
any food then there will appear a special instructions box where we can write
any instructions which we want to be followed like no use mayonnaise or cheese in
our burger or any other instructions.After
this they will ask about payment methods and there are three types of
payment methods in this app.
What methods are as follows:-
1-Online payment
2- payment by Credit or Debit card
3- Cash on delivery
we can select any one them, we can choose whatever method we
like for the payment.
Foodpanda Restaurants:- Their restaurants are also Good
hygienic like Pizza hut, KFC and Macdonald and other home-cooked food is also
now available on this app.
Foodpanda Grocery:-
Now they are also introducing the grocery items like
cereals, Rice, wheat flour, eggs and other grocery items.
Delivery Timing:-
After we order the food they will mention the delivery
timings it all depends on the type of food which we order when we order a lot of
food so it takes time to prepare, sometimes it takes half an hour to deliver
and sometimes it takes 1 hour but they have the fastest delivery service as
compared to others.
And there is also mentioned rider's chat option from which
we can say or give any instructions to the rider that our food will be
delivered carefully and will not be damaged And we can see how far or near our
rider is.
Contactless Delivery:-
There is also an option for contactless delivery as because of
today's epidemic situation we should not
meet anyone, we should not shake hands with anyone, we should not take anything
from anyone so they are providing us with the contactless delivery option in this
the rider will place our order at our doorstep and then with the food on the
door, the rider will go back if u want to select this contactless delivery so
select it otherwise the rider will give the food in ur hand
I prefer it as the best delivery service.

The help centre of this service is very helpful even when u
accidentally placed an order then there is an also option in the help centre of
this service to cancel this order when is not on preparing they will cancel it
but if the restaurant is preparing your order than u are unable to cancel your
order. And if your order is getting late, you can go to their help centre and
ask them why the food is getting late? And after receiving the order if there is something wrong with your order
or there is a problem or something is missing, you can also use their help
centre and select the restaurant from which u ordered the food and then they
will ask some questions like that, your food is spoiled or something missing in
your food, there is a problem with your meal? and then they also ask for a
chat So that whatever problem you have, whatever issue you have, you can tell
them and discuss with them. And in the chat, they will first ask you if you have
eaten your order or consumed it? and then they will call to the restaurant from
where your order came from to ask them why there is something missing or
spoiled food And if the restaurant owner admits that we made a mistake, they give
us a voucher or the Foodpanda company will give you a voucher by itself or them
said to the restaurant to redeliver your order and they will also say that it
won't happen next time. And you will receive your voucher within 24 to 48 hours
and when the restaurant cancel your order then it will there mistake and then
you will get your voucher immediately at the same time. And after receiving the the voucher you can use it within month cause after a month of receiving that voucher
then the voucher will expire.
Food panda Rider's:-
The Rider's of food panda delivery is a really good cooperative as there job is to deliver the food safely to the customers they are polite and treat the customers in a good way. If some riders do not know the route, they would call and ask us the address in the right way and there are lots of rider's and their Agents as well their agents chat with us and riders deliver us food.
