Today my the topic is how to lose weight.
Hey guys today I am gonna tell you that if you are a healthy fat
and you think you will easily take control through diet and you will lose your
weight so you are totally wrong and if you think that you will do exercise
regularly one hour or half-hour and you will lose your weight still you are
100% wrong. Then what’s the solution correct I am coming on the point but first
I want to tell you something that we are currently eating very healthy food
which is very bad for our health but we always things nothing happened if we
eat once and it's our big the problem so I don’t think you can lose your
weight, first of all, you need to be careful and should be serious about your
health, once you lose your weight, doesn’t mean you are now free to eat
everything whatever you want to eat, you need to control your food first, if
you will be a success then I am surely saying you are on the way to lose your weight then you will follow my tips and you will get to lose your weight.
Bad flop
Ideas for losing weight:
Eat medicines to lose your weight and fix the time in a day when
you will take medicine there are many losses first there are many sides the effect may be medicines won’t match with your gems and you will be ill it means
its a flop idea shit. Now you are waste time on home exercise it will be run
only one week then you will be tired to do it regularly because of your home
works or because of cares of your kids how will you take time for exercise
suppose you did one week but you will be tired to do it same matter then you will
start to eat diabetes food healthy strong food which is totally bad for your
health and if you go gym then you have to leave your family for 1 or 2 hours
daily, maybe you have husband, wife children have family and maybe after you
left home maybe some guest can become in your home and they will call you to come
back to home we are waiting then you will change your routs which goes to back
your home it means another idea is flop now you will try to ask people what to
do to lose your weight people will suggest many ideas but you will see their
own condition their own weight and you will think they can’t lose their own the weight then why they are suggesting you so it means another idea is a flop so now
what will you do? You need to find the best idea where you can easily do that
without any problem and without any tiredness so what is it?.
I tell
you about my friend's story:
He told me that my weight was 105 KG I was tired but there was
nothing to lose weight then I go to a doctor and doctor suggested me a medicine
that was very expensive but I thought nothing is important than loss my weight
so I brought the medicine and takes every night before sleep it goes 2 weeks
then I feel weakness I go to the doctor and he suggested me a blood test report
and I apply for a blood test after the reported doctor tells me I got
infection and now I have to leave weight loss medicine I was confused about my
health what to do, then some people suggest me to take green tea three times a day thereafter I unable to lose my weight then some people suggested me to join
the gym and I joined it but after a few days I was so tired to set my routine
because of my work/job how to goes gym daily then I changed my mind to I will
do exercise at my home daily half and one hour daily after a few days I left an exercise so I was so confused and decided to take some special ideas and I take
serious this issue then I solved my problem and finally lost my weight how? How
can I lose my weight after facing many problems yes I did it but how it's a
very fantastic idea I am gonna tell you.
The Best the idea for getting slimness and losing your weight
The Best idea for getting slimness and losing your weight is that
go to the market to buy an Elliptical Machines or order an online Elliptical Machine, where you will regularly
run 1 hour and you will lose your continuously your weight speedy like 5kg to
7kg weight in a week, it's it possible? Yes, of course, it's possible to loss
weight it did it I am telling you my story which I did surely saying nothing to
lie so, first of all, you need to be sure about that you will do it as soon as
possible you will buy own Elliptical Machines and will run regularly on it just
take this idea and fix into your mind that without running the machine you cant
lose your weight, even you can run one Elliptical Machine while sleeping your
husband, kids you can easily run for an hour it is the most awesome and my
experiment idea where I lost my weight now it's my habitual to use it regularly
I run on the Elliptical Machines but if you want to be smart slim than just
take it seriously because I lost my weight so don’t forget to do it and make
better your life and don’t need to stop eats your favourite foods which you
want to eat no need to diet just run daily 2 or three hours a day you will
enjoy your life.
